WELCOME

Hello readers! I am Shawna Beaugard; I would like to welcome you into my world! I am the president and Founder of Seen by the King Ministries. Our Mission is to reduce the dehumanization of God’s Creation and further the kingdom of God. We show people that they are seen by the King. We do this through being Gods representatives in the field, giving food, prayers, and resources as well as art ministry. I am also the author of The Faith Fight and The Fighters Kit; which are workbooks meant to help people of all ages become resilient in 30 days. As we all know, the pandemic had a huge impact on all of our mental health. Including my own. Isolation, loss of income and fear are all triggers for mental health conditions that also exacerbate existing ones. Many people are facing increased levels of alcohol and drug use, insomnia, and anxiety. I want to help solve some of these problems with my workbooks. The Faith Fight is for believers and The Fighters Kit is for anyone regardless of race, age, or religion. 

Being a young adult during this generation has been difficult, but I keep my head in the game and my eyes on my goals. Although it is challenging some of the time, I still manage to stay above the influence, stay true to my morals and beliefs, and influence those around me.

When the Pandemic began, I got a Job at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health which consisted of closely monitoring the pandemic to stay up to date on the latest news in our ongoing assessment of; and to attempt to stop Covid-19. Uncertainty was the word we were all coming to terms with during this crisis. 1 Year into the job I became a Subject-matter expert and lead trainings for the entire department.

I had to make difficult decisions to try to weather this storm. I started writing in January 2022, I left the department of public health on April 13, 2022, in order to commit to being more hands on and assisting individuals that are struggling with their mental health. I left behind the security of a consistent paycheck to ensure that the next generation has hope and resilience.

I have held a lot of titles in my life,  I am a Project Manager, Globe trotter , Community Enthusiast, I am a Mentor & Mentee, Actress and I empower non-diverse communities/countries to imagine new possibilities for themselves, I have been an Assistant Grill Manager, Assistant Arts and Crafts Director, Session Ministry Leader, Line Cook/Shift Leader, Promotion Representative, Event Host, Admissions Assistant,  Contact Tracer / Lead CT Trainer in LA county, Volunteer Coordinator, Activities Coordinator,  Summer Camp Director ,President & Founder, Production Assistant, Assistant Film director, Resilience Coach and Author. I have spoken all around the world and lived in 7 countries. I am Determine, Friendly, Flexible, Dependable, Honest, Trustworthy, and so much more. I have helped a wide variety of people. If you choose to invest in me, you help me help the communities, give people hope, inspire our next generation and ultimately change the world around us. Most importantly, I am a child of God. I am a friend of Jesus. My dad always told me that I might be the only Bible that some people might see. They might not know Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, or Paul, but, they will know the story of Shawna Beaugard.

I have a lot of passions in life and one of my passions is to provide art instruction for all ages and interests. I love acting and teaching people to act and step outside of their comfort zone. One of my other favorite classes to teach is resilience through acting. This class allows people to express how they feel, releasing negative emotion, and mindfulness.
